Relationships within the nuclear family and extended family can be rewarding, but they can also be challenging. At Countryside Counseling, we specialize in working with parents that have a desire to build strong connections with their child or children, are willing to explore past traumas and family of origin dysfunctional patterns in order to learn and grow, have a desire to build relationship skills and set and teach healthy boundaries, learn healthier conflict resolution skills, decrease emotional responses to behaviors and many other topics depending on the client's needs and goals. At times, you may choose to practice skills or build connection with your child in family sessions.

A history of trauma
