The first step in starting psychotherapy services is to email, call, or click on the link below to request an appointment.
Once the appointment is scheduled, an email will be sent to the client with all the information the client will need for their first appointment. All paperwork must be completed online at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the client does not have an email or computer then the client will be required to come early and complete paperwork using a computer at the psychotherapist's office.
Prior to first appointment, the Office Manager will take a copy of the client's insurance card and driver's license so please bring these cards to the appointment.

Upon arrival, please wait in your vehicle until Amy comes out to wave you inside. There is no waiting room. The office is one open space except for the restroom.
